Get Help Finding the Right Part!

When looking for the right part, it's important to start with the right information. 

Tip: If you are looking for a part for your machine, search by the make and model number, not the model name. The make is the company brand that manufactures your machine (Singer, Kenmore, Janome, Viking. The model number (not to be confused with the model name) is best for searching for exact part matches. The model number is usually located on the back or side of the machine. 

For example, instead of searching using the words "Singer Heavy Duty" it is best to search using "Singer 4452" for best results to ensure you receive a part that is compatible with your machine. Several models vary by design so, for example, some parts for model of Husqvarna Viking 830 Sapphire may not be compatible on on Husqvarna Viking 870, 875 or 960Q machines.
